We preserve row order, numeric meaning, and identifiers such as 00042. Your deliverable includes the extracted table and a list of unresolved source questions. The source PDF stays separate.
The checks are part of the work.
We compare row counts, verify relevant totals, and check signs and decimal placement. IDs are treated as identifiers, not numbers to be rounded or reformatted. An unreadable cell is flagged rather than filled by guessing.
Know where the scope stops.
OCR, form reconstruction, financial interpretation, special calculations, and urgent deadlines require a separate review. Turnaround is confirmed after readable source material and the agreed scope are available.
