Tell us whether your material is on a computer, in an existing drive, or spread across several sources. A rough volume is enough to start the conversation. Access and transfer are agreed separately; this site never connects to your drive.
Receive a usable collection.
The deliverable is an agreed structure with renamed working copies, an original-to-new-name mapping, and a short guide. We preserve originals and distinguish a possible duplicate from a different revision.
Review before rearranging.
We propose categories and a naming convention before applying them. Unknown dates remain unknown. An unclear project or conflicting version goes to a question list, not a guessed destination.
Scope depends on decisions, not just file count.
Sources, naming consistency, versions, and the destination affect the quote. Your timing is agreed after usable receipt and scope confirmation. Account recovery, destructive duplicate removal, and custom storage software are outside the standard job.

Will you delete duplicate files?
We flag candidates and preserve revisions. Matching names alone are not enough to authorize deletion.
Can you propose the folders?
Yes. We suggest a practical structure and ask you to approve it before the job begins.
Can I use my existing destination?
We agree the destination and permissions as part of scope. This app does not request cloud-drive OAuth access.
