Structured document data

Product information, in consistent fields.

Prepare agreed product details from supplied catalogs or lists into a workbook or CSV. Keep product codes, units, pack sizes and source references understandable before your team uses the data.

Agree what makes a product row

A product family, a size variant and a supplier’s pack may be different records. We define that row unit with you before entry. The field list can include supplied product code, description, variant, unit, pack quantity, printed price and source reference. Missing attributes are flagged instead of invented.

Keep units and prices connected

A price per case cannot be treated as a price per item without an approved conversion rule. Capture the supplied unit and pack detail alongside the amount. We distinguish printed values from any separately agreed calculations and preserve the source version when a later price list supersedes an earlier one.

Protect identifiers and meaningful distinctions

Codes are labels, not quantities. Leading zeros, punctuation and letter case may matter. Similar descriptions are not enough to merge products or substitute a supplier SKU. Your approved reference and mapping rules determine which fields can be standardized and which need a question.

A deliverable your team can review

Receive the agreed table, source/version references, field rules and an exception list. Checks may include row coverage, required fields, repeated identifiers and unit consistency within the accepted scope. If the result must match a destination template, provide that specification during review.

Keep publication and inventory decisions separate

This work prepares supplied data. It does not scrape competitors, invent product claims, set selling prices, verify inventory availability, publish store listings or connect to an ecommerce account. The person responsible for the catalog reviews the prepared values before any business-system update.

Request a quote from a representative description

Describe the approximate products or pages, number of suppliers, source formats, required fields and variations. PDF tables, scans and mixed lists have different handling needs. The final quote confirms the output, checking coverage and schedule. A private sample can follow if needed; source documents do not belong in the public form.

A few useful answers

Do you publish products to an online store?

No. The initial deliverable is a reviewed workbook or CSV and handoff notes, prepared from supplied material.

Can you normalize different supplier units?

The scope may include owner-approved mappings or calculations. Unclear pack sizes and units are flagged before conversion.

Can you invent missing descriptions or specifications?

No. Product facts come from the agreed source. Missing values need an authoritative source or the owner’s decision.
