Enter or clean my data

A cleaner sheet. A clearer starting point.

Standardize the inconsistencies you agree to change, while preserving the original and explaining what changed.

Decide what consistent means.

We agree date conventions, text casing, required fields, identifier formats, and duplicate keys. Similar rows are not merged simply because they look alike.

Preserve what the data means.

An ID such as 00042 stays text. A date like 03/04/2026 needs a confirmed convention. Blanks, zeroes, and unavailable values remain distinct.

Receive a change summary.

The cleaned copy comes with agreed transformation rules, a summary of changes, and rows requiring a decision. Original values remain available for comparison.

Review the workbook before pricing.

Sheet count, formulas, inconsistent sources, duplicate rules, and validation determine the scope. Macro execution, unapproved merges, financial modeling, and guessing missing records are excluded. Timing follows usable receipt and agreed rules.

A few useful answers

Will you remove every duplicate?

We agree a matching key and review ambiguous matches. Similarity alone does not authorize removal.

Can you recover zeros already lost?

Only if an authoritative source or an approved rule supports the value. We do not guess.

Will formulas run unchanged?

Formula behavior must be scoped and verified. Macro-enabled or complex workbooks need separate review.
