Supported document conversion
Loose images, one clear PDF packet.
Prepare JPG and PNG images as an ordered PDF, with page grouping and orientation agreed first. Searchable text, image repair and custom layout work need separate review.
Choose the packet before the page count
Decide whether every image belongs in one PDF or whether several documents need separate outputs. A front and back may belong together; unrelated project photos may not. A short grouping instruction avoids creating one oversized packet that is hard to retrieve later.
Agree the reading sequence
Image names and capture times can be misleading. Provide known page order or tell us which parts are uncertain. We confirm orientation and completeness against the agreed inventory. Blank-looking pages, backs of forms and handwritten notes are not discarded simply because they appear less important.
Keep the original visible
The standard conversion creates PDF pages from suitable image sources. It does not invent cropped text, restore unreadable details, remove annotations or change what an image records. Cropping, enhancements and special size constraints require agreed instructions. Original images remain separately identifiable.
Searchable text is a separate result
Putting a photograph into a PDF does not itself establish searchable text or structured spreadsheet fields. If you need to find words, discuss searchable PDF processing. If you need rows and columns, discuss data extraction. Choosing the right output at the start avoids paying for a packet that cannot perform the intended task.
Price the declared conversion scope
Select JPG/PNG to PDF in the document-conversion calculator. The standard quote treats each image as one output page and checks the approved file limits and source conditions. Unsupported formats, unusual grouping, poor readability or special requirements go to review. Final handling and timing are confirmed before processing.
Check the delivered packet against the inventory
The handoff should make it possible to check output document names, expected image/page counts, sequence and orientation. Tell us how the recipient will open or use the PDF. Do not include sensitive source images in the website form; approved provider instructions are arranged separately.
A few useful answers
Can several images become one PDF?
Yes, when the intended grouping and order are included in the accepted scope. Tell us if images belong to separate documents.
Will the PDF automatically be searchable?
Searchable text requires a separate OCR scope and review. Image-to-PDF conversion alone does not promise it.
Can you fix a blurry image?
Do not assume unreadable detail can be recovered. Describe the quality issue during scope review; a clearer source may be needed.
